Customer & Sales Support Executive
Job description:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can assist users, solve their queries, and give product demos to help new customers get started smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via WhatsApp or phone.
- Provide app demonstrations and onboarding sessions to new users.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users through app features and updates.
- Record and report customer feedback to the product and technical teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quick and clear communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for user retention and engagement.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of Android apps and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
- Prior experience in customer support or tech demos is a plus.
